The Port of Hastings Corporation are hosting a community information session on French Island for local residents.
Come along to hear from the project team, ask questions, and learn about the project design, construction approach, and the visual amenity technical study.
The session will feature a presentation from members of the project team and subject experts, followed by a Q&A session.
Please note that this event has been postponed due to external factors, a new date will be published shortly.
We are planning another roundtable session and online webinar, these sessions will take place in Q4 2025.
More information will be made available in the coming weeks.
In June and July 2025, our team held four community roundtable session. Two in Hastings, one in Cowes, and another in Flinders.
Each session featured a presentation from technical specialists, followed by roundtable discussions where the community had the chance to ask questions, share feedback, and directly engage with both the technical and project teams.
We also hosted two online webinars on 24 June 2025 and 10 July 2025, providing an update on the project, including a live Q&A.
