The Port of Hastings Corporation invites you to attend our drop-in information sessions to learn more about our progress on the Environment Effects Statement (EES) and technical studies for the Victorian Renewable Energy Terminal.
These sessions are a chance for your to speak directly with our project team, ask any questions and share what matters to you and your community.
As these are drop-in events, you can attend any time between the scheduled hours.

Both Hastings sessions will include the option for guided walking tours of the Old Tyabb Reclamation Area (OTRA) site, the proposed location for the Victorian Renewable Energy Terminal. (Tours from 10:30 am, subject to weather conditions)

In June and July 2025, our team held four community roundtable session. Two in Hastings, one in Cowes, and another in Flinders.
A further session was held in October 2025 in Hastings.
Each session featured a presentation from technical specialists, followed by roundtable discussions where the community had the chance to ask questions, share feedback, and directly engage with both the technical and project teams.

We have also hosted four online webinars on 14 November 2024, 24 June 2025, 10 July 2025 and 30 October 2025, providing updates on the project, the EES study areas, construction and operation processes. We also had live Q&A sessions as part of these webinars.
